New Shepherd Films, LLC together with any of its subsidiaries and/or associates (the "Companies") can not accept unsolicited material. Any unsolicited pitches, outlines, scripts, images, footage, music, etc will not be read, watched, or listened to and will be discarded. Any electronic messages will not be read and will be deleted.

 

The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings, disputes or accusations that the Company has misappropriated unsolicited material. The Company recommends that you find an agent or attorney to represent you and your work. If you choose to submit anyway, the Companies will not be obligated to treat your submission as confidential or proprietary.

Also, we are a Production Company not film funding or financing entity.  We will consider outside projects for production (project not developed by New Shepherd Films) only if funding accompanies the project.  (We will be glad to work with potential writers, etc. to develop a production budget.)
